    Hmmmm...Well, usually I would agree with that statement..but on the other hand, Try and try again seems to work for me better... ie- I've been married 4 times and this time seems to be the charmer due to my wonderful hubby ....also- after much paperwork- my VISA is finally approved!! Mid March I will finally be a resident of England!!!!

    So.....
    sometimes it works...
    sometimes it don't.
