Dream

You know how there is nothing as boring as having someone try to tell you over breakfast about a dream they had the night before? Because they can never remember the details or the sequence or all the people who were not who they were and cannot make sense of it and it fascinates them but you, eh, not so much?

Okay, I had that dream last night and I am not going to bore you with it.

Feel free to thank me now.

Really? I love hearing about dreams. The Senoi make it part of their culture to talk about their dreams from the previous night.

Okay, Badger Bear, just for you:
Tom and I were at an outdoor wedding. Don't know where or whose wedding, but it was someone with lots of money and a big family. At some point, all the kids (into the early teens) in the family got together in costumes and did a song-and-dance number from the musical OLIVER!

Everyone at the wedding -- except the wedding party -- had on bright colors. Tom and I were both wearing orange linen sport coats and orange slacks. I had on a white (silk?) t-shirt -- the whole thing looked a bit like an old Miami Vice getup. At some point, I said something to Tom about borrowing one of the wedding ideas (don't know what, that's part of the whole dreamy thing) and using it for our wedding. A woman turned around and looked shocked, but I told her, "You have to plan."

That's it.
