Mac and cheese update

The rice cooker mac and cheese turned out pretty good -- you can click here if you want the recipe -- but I will use more cheese next time I make it. It was very easy to make, so if you have a rice cooker and want to do more than just rice, this is an easy way to make another side dish for variety. I used a mix of cheddar, Mexican Blend and Danish fontina cheese and whole wheat elbow macaroni.

And with that, I am signing off for the day.

Danish FONTINA cheese???????

Fontina cheese is only the cheese made in my Regione, Valle d'Aosta.
Fontina is a DOP cheese :
this means it has a Designation of Protected Origin all over the European Union.
