Did you remember?

Daylight Saving Time began at 2:00 a.m. this morning. Don't be surprised if this disrupts things for you for a while. It takes the body a few days to adjust to the change in the light-dark cycle and how it fits with your daily routine.

I appreciate the fact that the sun is higher in the sky now, which is not related to Daylight Saving Time as such. The combination of more direct sunlight and more sun in the evening, though, brightens my moods.
