I have often thought it would be fun to convert an old church into a home. But then I lived in monasteries for years, and some of them had been homes that were converted into churches! Did you notice the decoration like a Christmas tree hanging on the lamp post?

I cant believe I, of all people, missed that detail. Michael!!! I imagine if a building withstands the test of time it will be transformed into many different things thru the years. I think it would be lovely to transform one. Especially if it were made of stone.

Cat's out of the bag now....I just realized that I had commented under one of my writing monikers. No worries. I may as well peek out of the closet every once in a while.

These sorts of photos make me wonder what was the history of the place. What went on there, and all the memories therein.
It is a classic case of kenopsia.
