Bob,Tom's late brother was a delightful man, but as a vice president of Kraft Foods, he had perhaps an exaggerated idea about what one needs in order to survive. Most days, I would be happy with a hug and a good cup of coffee.
I actually did what Tom's brother recommended. Oddly, it happened like your sign said. Someone hugged me and then... No, wait, all I got was the cup of coffee. aybe I retired too soon. Crud!
