Groundhog Update

Jimmy XII, our local groundhog, predicted an early spring. He was kept in his cage during the prognostication, however, to avoid a repeat of last year's attack on the mayoral ear. 

Sun Prairie has a new mayor, and I think he should have been willing to take the same risks his predecessors did. But, alas, these parvenu politicos have no gumption!
