Yesterday it hit 80 sunny degrees. This morning it was bright and sunny, and I dressed for summer: khakis, a frayed Texas Law t-shirt, moccasins and no sox.As soon as I stepped out the door at 9:30, I realized this was a mistake. It was only about 50 degrees out there in the sun. So back in to put on sox and throw a flannel shirt over the t-shirt.
We had a high in the 50s and now I see we are under a frost advisory for tonight -- projected low of 34 degrees.
And, yes, children or grace, it is nearly the end of May here in Wisconsin, too.
On the brighter side, by Thursday we should be back up into the 70s.
