Sigh. What an afternoon it's been.

On the other hand, tomorrow morning I get to give my pitch for people to join National Novel Writing Month. I am looking forward to that. 

I figure it is a win-win. If there are people who want to join, that will be fun. If there are no people who want to join, that is one less thing I have to do in October and November, leaving me more free time.

Hey! Maybe dealing with the bureaucracy hasn't destroyed my desire to live after all.
