Writing is fun-damental
Okay, I know the saying is Reading is fun-damental. But, hey, no writing, no reading, am I right? (Am I write?)
Anyway, I hope that my subdued excitement about organizing the National Novel Writing Month project at the library doesn't mean that I am drifting from being a writer myself. I recognize the temptation to let this be a tool for procrastination rather than for motivation.

Sometimes, though, writing can be funda-mental.
Unless it is a humorous story about an oral surgeon, in which case it is fun-da-dental.
