Well, five more people showed up last night and expressed interest in NaNoWriMo. I met with the library director this morning and my next task is to contact the eleven people on my list and try to work out a couple of dates in October for a session to get people registered and give them some suggestions on how to prepare.
This morning I put in more work on filling in background for my own novel.
The best question from last night's participants: "Do I need to open up another bank account to put all the money I'm going to make on this novel?"
My honest answer: "I have not found that to be a problem."
